Write music every day and practice the guitar and piano. If you have a band, you don't need talent from every member, you need to write songs every day and stay together for 5 years; you will get a deal. An original sound is the most important thing and your commercial songs will come from your original sound, not the other way around.

Access to music education. Remember when Motown put all their artists in theory class?

I didn't invent it, but... I think the most important part of your identity as a recording artist is if the song sounds like you, no matter the framework.

Is There Anything Else We Should Know About You Or That You Would Like to Add?

Probably.
