They keep me going especially when they come along on the journey with her. Carol-anne has been singing from the time she was 8 years old and not too much later she wrote my first song at 11 years old. Carol-anne says her favorite artists are Lauren Daigle and Tanita Tikaram. Lauren has nice jazzy vocals and Tanita Tikaram has darker, timber vocals. Just about the same as her range!

What Is Your Favorite Track To Perform Live and Why?

I'll definitely say Set Our Hearts On Fire as it is such a versatile track, on mic night I can either take my backing and vocal to a nice vibey upbeat feel or I can just grab my guitar and do a laid back acoustic version.

What Has Been The Biggest Challenge In Your Career Thus Far?

Healed from damaged lungs.

Just a year and a half ago I contracted covid was very ill with covid pneumonia I sold my guitar as I was too ill and never thought I would ever be able to do music ever again my lungs were flooded with fluid for 7 months my air capacity was only 30 per cent tears would soak my pillow daily crying my heart out to Jesus to heal me there was nothing my doctors could do, my lungs were permanently damaged hope was fading and I wanted to give up the fight it was too hard to breathe and when I was about to stop fighting the Lord radically healed me I received my Miracle and here I am healthy lungs 100% restored. Writing and singing doing what I am passionate about.

Set Our Hearts On fire was birthed out of this miracle.
