Piercing Immortality started in 2016 when Keith Pearson entered Dexter's Lab Recording and with the help of Nick Bellmore (Toxic Holocaust, Jasta, Kingdom of Sorrow) began work on their single 'To the Grave'.

It was then that Scott Wawrzyniak (Crossing Rubicon) was brought in to provide vocals to the project and the single was then released in early 2017.With the success of the single it was time to start work on the debut EP. Around this time John Gagne (Vena Amoris, Aggripa 93) was brought in to play drums on the recording and in Nov of 2017 the band again entered Dexter's Lab Recording to begin work on 'Systematic Global Poisoning' the debut EP. After the EP was recorded Adam Kosiorek was then brought in on guitar. It was then in January 2018 that the EP was released and since then has been described as a having a variety of styles such as traditional heavy metal, hard rock and thrash.

What Musical Genre Do You Feel Best Describes Your Music And How Would You Describe Your Sound?

We are a metal band that is based out of Bristol, CT and we would describe our sound as traditional heavy metal with elements of heavy rock.

How Did You Get Your Name? Is There A Story?

The name was something that I came up with one night and I felt like it fit with what we were doing musically.

What Are or Have Been Your Musical Influences?

We listen to whole range of music from glam metal, death metal, black metal ,power metal, and thrash as well as jazz and blues music.

What Are You Working On Now? Any Future Collaborations We Can Look Forward To?

We are currently working on material for our debut album to be released in the summer of next year. As well as filming a music video to be released in mid-October of this year. We are also headed back to into the studio to begin recording for said album.

What Is Your Ultimate Goal In The Music Industry? What Is Your Plan Of Action?

To continue to be able to write and perform music and also to be able to tour and continue to spread the name. So that includes playing as many shows as we can and by keeping the name out there by promoting on various websites and social media outlets.

What’s Your Typical Songwriting Process?

I will usually come up with a riff or idea then present it to John (drums) and then we will work on it until we have all the parts worked out musically. I will then start to write some lyrics and present them to Scott (vocals) and he will fine tune them if need be or if I have a idea for lyrics I will tell him and he will begin the writing process. Once that is all set then the other members will come in and add in their parts.

How Has Social Media Influenced Your Career As An Artist?

It has been very helpful as far as getting the name out and keeping it alive because if you are not constantly promoting yourself people with forget about you really quickly in this day and age.

Any Advice For Young People (Men or Women) That Want To Succeed In The Music World?

To continue to push yourself and always strive to grow as a artist and do want you love and what you enjoy playing don't change or compromise in order to fit in to what is popular.
