Any Advice For Young People (Men or Women) That Want To Succeed In The Music World?

Work social media 8 m- 10 hours a day 7 days a week and get your music on as many radio stations that will play your music. Get your name out there, every where, brand recognition is extremely important. Most important is to get a music industry review of your music, our review of every song has been spot on as far as success in the industry. Stretch your music into multi genre's which expands your market.

What Would You Change In The Music Industry If You Were A Top Music Executive?

I would sign bands based on the music and not age or looks, if your over 25 and do not have the look, you have little to no chance of a major record deal.
